“Ingredients:
sugar, filler mannitol, thickener polyvinylpyrrolidone, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, sodium selenite.
Selenium supports the normal function of the immune system and the thyroid gland and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, the maintenance of normal hair and nails and normal sperm formation.
Dosage
Take 1 tablet daily, without chewing, with a small amount of liquid (e.g. water).
Concomitant use of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided, as this may impair the optimal availability of sodium selenite. However, gradual consumption (at least one hour) no longer has any effect.
Notes: The stated recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Excessive use may have a laxative effect. Not suitable for children under 7 years of age.”
