Action:Chela-Mag B6® Mama is a dietary supplement containing magnesium in the form of Albion amino acid chelate, enriched with vitamin B6, which works with magnesium in metabolic processes. Magnesium has a positive effect on the muscular, circulatory and skeletal systems. It is involved in the proper functioning of muscles – not only skeletal muscles, but also the heart muscle, muscles located in the wall of blood vessels and the uterine muscle. Participates in maintaining the proper structure of bones and teeth. It affects the proper functioning of the nervous system, relieves stress and fatigue. Its deficiency causes a feeling of anxiety, nervousness, impaired concentration, difficulty falling asleep. Magnesium is also involved in the production of compounds that store energy necessary for life and in the synthesis of DNA – the storehouse of genetic information in every organism.
