Recommended daily intake
Adults: 1-2 sachets a day on an empty stomach before a meal or otherwise after consulting a doctor. The maximum daily dose is 3 sachets.
The contents of the sachet should be mixed with a small amount of liquid or yogurt. It is recommended to consume immediately after preparation.
