D-camphor 25 mg

Areas of application
As an active ingredient, the drug contains a combination of D-camphor and hawthorn fruit extract.
The medicine is used for a tendency to dizziness due to low blood pressure, especially when getting up after lying down, bending over or sitting for a long time (hypotonic and orthostatic disorders of blood circulation regulation).
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 10 drops 3 times a day on a piece of sugar, which is allowed to melt in the mouth, or on a piece of bread (for diabetics), which is slowly chewed, or the medicine is dripped undiluted onto the tongue if the medicinal taste does not bother you.
Depending on the severity of symptoms, the dosage can be increased to 25 drops 3 times a day after consulting a doctor.
In case of attacks of weakness and impending collapse, take 5-10 drops every 15 minutes until improvement is observed again.
Depending on the type of complaint, the drug can also be used for long-term therapy.
There is no experience working with children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Contraindications
The drug should not be taken
if you have an increased sensitivity (allergy) to D-camphor or hawthorn or any of the other ingredients of the drug,
in infants and small children under 2 years of age (risk of laryngeal spasm),
patients with bronchial asthma or other respiratory diseases accompanied by severe hypersensitivity of the respiratory tract, due to the content of camphor.
Inhalation of drops can cause shortness of breath or provoke an asthma attack.”
