Cortapaisyl cream contains hydrocortisone at a dose of 0.5%: this is a local corticosteroid
. This medication is indicated for adults and children over 6 years of age in the event of insect bites , plant stings such as nettles or localized sunburn .
The other ingredients in the Cortapaisyl formula are sorbitan stearate, polysorbate 60, synthetic whale spermatozoa, cetostearyl alcohol, octyldodecanol, sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 219), sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 217), imidurea, anhydrous citric acid, purified water.
Dosage of Cortapaisyl hydrocortisone cream
Cortapaisyl is used morning and evening for 3 days . Only a thin layer should be applied until completely absorbed. Then wash your hands thoroughly.
A medical consultation is required if symptoms persist after 3 days of treatment or in the event of local intolerance, irritation or skin superinfection.
