Diohespan max is a drug for varicose veins, containing the maximum dose of diosmin available without a prescription – 1000 mg in one tablet. The drug increases the tone of the venous vessels and has a protective effect on the vessels. Indicated for varicose veins, feeling of heaviness in the legs, night cramps, hemorrhoids or bedsores due to ischemia.
Diohespan max acts on microcirculation, reducing the permeability of small blood vessels, perivascular inflammation, stasis in microcirculation, and susceptibility to rupture of small blood vessels.
It increases lymphatic drainage by increasing the mobility of lymphatic vessels and lymph flow.”
