“Composition
Active ingredients:
250.0 mg Acetylsalicylic acid 50.0 mg Caffeine 200.0 mg Paracetamol

Areas of application
It is used for symptomatic treatment. of severe pain from mild to moderate (e.g. headache, toothache, menstrual pain).

Dosage
The appropriate dosing interval depends on the symptoms and the maximum total daily dose. This should be at least 6 hours.
If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, a doctor should be consulted.
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is
Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age
Single dose: 1-2 tablets (equivalent to 250-500 mg acetylsalicylic acid, 200-400 mg paracetamol and 50-100 mg caffeine)
Total daily dose: up to 6 tablets (equivalent to 1500 mg acetylsalicylic acid, 1200 mg paracetamol and 300 mg caffeine).
Special patient groups
Liver dysfunction and mild renal impairment
In patients with liver or kidney dysfunction and Gilbert’s syndrome, the dose should be reduced or the interval between doses increased.
Severe renal impairment
In case of severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <10 ml/min), an interval of at least 8 hours should be observed.
Elderly patients
No special dose adjustment is required.
Children under 12 years
Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Provide evidence.
Duration of action
Do not take the medicine for more than 3 days.
Contraindications
The medicine must not be taken
if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol, caffeine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
if you have a history of salicylates or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs (some drugs for pain, fever or inflammation) in asthma attacks or are otherwise hypersensitive.
If you have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, in connection with this with previous therapy with non-ste Anti-inflammatory drugs / anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
In case of existing or recurrent ulcers of the stomach and duodenum (peptic ulcers) or bleeding with at least two different episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding.
if you have an abnormally increased tendency to bleed.
if you have severe liver dysfunction.
if you have liver and kidney failure.
if you have severe heart failure.
if you are taking 15 mg or more of methotrexate per week at the same time.
in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
