Areas of application
The medicine contains magaldrate and belongs to a group of drugs called antacids, which are used to neutralize excess stomach acid.
It is used:
for heartburn and stomach problems associated with acidity
for the symptomatic treatment of gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers.
Dosage
The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is 1 sachet several times a day as needed. Do not take more than 4 sachets (6400 mg magaldrate) per day.
Contraindications
The drug should not be taken if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to magaldrate or any of the other ingredients.”
