Dosage
Adults:
prophylactically: 1 capsule 1 time per day.
to compensate for deficiencies: 1 capsule 2 times a day or as prescribed by a doctor.
Action

Magnesium activates the action of about 300 enzymes. It plays an important role in the process of contraction of the heart muscle, affects the state of neuromuscular excitability, and stimulates the body’s defense mechanisms.

Contraindications
