Indications Pain of various origins of moderate and mild intensity: headache, migraine, toothache, pain in muscles, bones, joints, lumbosacral region, post-traumatic, neuralgia, sciatica, dysmenorrhea. Fever. ActionPreparation with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties. The mechanism of action is based on the inhibition of arachidonic acid cyclooxygenase, which leads to the inhibition of the synthesis of cyclic peroxides, direct prostaglandin precursors. It is well and quickly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. The onset of action in acute treatment is 15-30 minutes. from the administration. with plasma proteins it is more than 90% bound. The maximum concentration in the blood is reached about 1.5-2 hours after administration. T0.5 is 2 hours.
Metabolized in the liver to hydroxyl and carboxyl derivatives. It is excreted in the urine in 75% as metabolites and 14% unchanged. Dosage Orally. Adults and children over 12 years of age: 200-400 mg every 4-6 hours, take after meals. The maximum daily dose is 1,200 mg. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation. Pre-existing hypersensitivity (runny nose, asthma attack, urticaria) to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs. Active or recent peptic ulcer disease, haemorrhagic diathesis, severe liver or kidney failure, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, sucrase and isomaltase deficiency. III trimester of pregnancy. Children up to 12 years of age
