Active ingredients
1 tablet Dolormin Extra 400 mg Ibuprofen for pain and fever (pack size: 10 pcs.) contains:
684 mg Ibuprofen, DL-lysine salt (equivalent to 400 mg Ibuprofen)
Other ingredients Dolormin Extra 400 mg Ibuprofen for pain and fever (pack size: 10 pcs.):
microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K 30, magnesium stearate (European Ph.), titanium dioxide, hyprolose, hypromellose.
Scope
Dolormin Extra is an analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory drug and is used for:
Mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, toothaches and menstrual pain.
High temperature
Dolormin Extra can be divided, so it is suitable for children aged 6 years and older.
Dosage
Dolormin Extra film-coated tablets should be taken as described in the package instructions or as directed by a physician. The recommended dosage depends on body weight or age:
20–29 kg (children aged 6 to 9 years):
– Single dose: 1/2 Dolormin® Extra tablet
– Maximum daily dose: 1 1/2 film-coated tablets (equivalent to 600 mg ibuprofen)
30–39 kg (children aged 10 to 11 years):
– Single dose: 1/2 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 200 mg ibuprofen)
– Maximum daily dose: 2 film-coated tablets (equivalent to 800 mg ibuprofen)
Over 40 kg (adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older):
– Single dose: 1/2–1 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 200–400 mg ibuprofen)
– Maximum daily dose: 3 film-coated tablets (equivalent to 1200 mg ibuprofen).
The dosing interval depends on the symptoms and should not be less than 6 hours. The recommended total daily dose for a specific age group should not be exceeded. Dolormin® Extra is available in four different pack sizes: 50, 30, 20 and 10 pieces.
Important: Dolormin Extra should not be taken for more than 3 days in children and adolescents, no longer than 3 days in adults with fever and no longer than 4 days in pain. If symptoms do not improve during this period or even worsen, seek medical advice.

Contraindications
If you are known to have hypersensitivity to any of the above ingredients, if you have had asthma attacks, swelling of the nasal mucosa or skin reactions after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past, existing or previously developed stomach or intestinal ulcers, stomach or intestinal bleeding, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, severe uncontrolled heart problems, in the last 3 months of pregnancy and in children under 20 kg (6 years) this product should not be used. Always consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.”
