“Valerian Kneipp is traditionally used:
to relieve mild symptoms of psychological stress;
support sleep.
It can be used by adults and teenagers aged 12 years and older.
The use of this traditional herbal medicine is based solely on many years of experience.
If you feel unwell within 14 days or if your symptoms worsen, you should contact your doctor.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine.
Do not take Valerian Kneipp if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as there is insufficient data on safe use at this time.
Driving a car and working with machinery.
The product may cause drowsiness. If attention is impaired, you should not drive a car or operate machinery for 2 hours after taking Valerian Kneipp.
Dosage:
Adults and teenagers 12 years and older:
To relieve mild symptoms of psychological stress: 1–2 film-coated tablets, up to 3 times daily.
To support sleep: 1–2 film-coated tablets ½–1 hour before bedtime.
Do not take more than 8 film-coated tablets per day.
Film-coated tablets are swallowed without chewing, washed down with plenty of liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water). Do not swallow film-coated tablets while lying down.
Duration of use:
To achieve the desired effect, it is recommended to take the medicine regularly for 2-4 weeks. If symptoms do not improve or worsen within 2 weeks after starting treatment, consult your doctor.
The duration of use of this medicine is usually unlimited.
However, talk to your doctor if your pain continues or gets worse while taking this medication.
