“Two tablets contain 200 mg magnesium (53%*) and 3.2 mg vitamin B6 (229%*).
Magnesium (magnesium citrate), filler (microcrystalline cellulose/cellulose gel), magnesium (magnesium oxide), fillers (hydroxypropyl cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose/cross-linked cellulose gum), color (calcium carbonate), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), polishing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), medium chain triglycerides.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal function of the nervous system, normal mental activity, reduction of fatigue and fatigue, and normal energy metabolism. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 tablet 2 times a day. To drink a lot of water.
