Mycoster 1% solution for cutaneous application is a medicine recommended in the treatment of mycoses of the skin or nails superinfected or not by bacteria. It comes in the form of a 30 ml bottle.
Its active ingredient is Ciclopirox olamine dosed at 1g per 100 ml of solution. It can also be indicated in cases of mild to moderate seborrheic dermatitis affecting the face.
Dosage of Mycoster 1% solution for cutaneous application
This medication is reserved exclusively for external use.
The dosage of Mycoster 1% depends on the type of pathology to be treated. For skin mycoses , 2 daily applications for approximately 21 days will be necessary, while nail mycoses will be treated by applying the solution over a period of several months. Finally, seborrheic dermatitis will be treated, initially by 2 applications per day for 2 to 4 weeks, then by 1 application per day for 28 days.
