“The ratiopharm nasal duo nasal spray for children contains the active ingredients xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol. Xylometazoline constricts the vessels and thereby causes the nasal mucosa to decongest. The additional active ingredient dexpanthenol is a derivative of the vitamin pantothenic acid, which promotes wound healing and protects the mucous membranes.
To reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in the event of a cold and to support the healing of skin and mucous membrane damage (lesions), paroxysmal runny colds (vasomotor rhinitis) and to treat nasal breathing difficulties after surgical interventions on the nose.
For use in children between the ages of 2 and 6 years.
