Product description
The active substance is ibuprofen.
Each ml of oral suspension contains 40 mg of ibuprofen.
The other ingredients are: citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, sodium saccharin, polysorbate 80, domiphen bromide, liquid malitol, glycerol, xanthan gum, strawberry flavor (containing propylene glycol, ascorbic acid (E 300), natural and nature identical aromatics) and purified water.
Nurofen Forte Strawberry for Children, Ibuprofenum, 40 mg / ml, oral suspension.
Indications for use: Symptomatic short-term treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever.
Contraindications: hypersensitivity to the active substance ibuprofen or to any of the excipients; a history of hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. bronchospasm, asthma, rhinitis, angioedema or urticaria) associated with the intake of acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation associated with a history of previous NSAID therapy; active or recurrent peptic ulcer of the stomach and / or duodenum or with haemorrhage (two or more independent, confirmed episodes of ulceration or bleeding); bleeding from cerebral vessels or other active bleeding; severe failure: hepatic, renal or heart failure class (NYHA IV); blood production disorders of unknown origin; last trimester of pregnancy; severe dehydration (caused by vomiting, diarrhea or insufficient fluid intake).
