“Composition
1g of gel contains 0.25 mg of oxymetazoline hydrochloride.
Other ingredients: sodium chloride, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate, disodium editate, hydroxyethylcellulose; glycerol, benzalkonium chloride, solution, purified water.
Dosage
Children over 1 year of age to 6 years of age: 1 dose 2 to 3 times a day.
The drug should not be used for longer than 3-5 days and in doses higher than recommended.
Action
It clears the nasal passages and facilitates the outflow of secretions from the paranasal sinuses. It moisturizes the nasal mucosa and prevents the medicine from flowing to the bottom of the nasal cavity and into the throat.
Indications
For use in acute rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis and allergic rhinitis.
