“It is used to treat complaints caused by diarrhea and to prevent and treat complaints caused by traveler’s diarrhea or diarrhea when following a special diet. It is also used to treat old forms of acne.
Dosage and application:
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the usual dose for children 2 years of age and older and adults is:
for the treatment of acute diarrhea, 1 capsule of Perenterol forte 1–2 times a day (equivalent to 250–500 mg of Saccharomyces boulardii dry yeast per day).
to prevent traveler’s diarrhea, starting 5 days before departure, 1 capsule of perenterol forte 1-2 times a day (equivalent to 250-500 mg of Saccharomyces boulardii dry yeast per day).
in case of diarrhea caused by a special diet, the contents of 3 capsules of Perenterol forte in 1.5 liters of nutrient solution (equivalent to 750 mg of dry yeast Saccharomyces boulardii per day).
for acne, 1 capsule 3 times a day (equivalent to 750 mg of dry yeast Saccharomyces boulardii per day).
Swallow the capsules whole before meals with plenty of liquid (preferably a glass of water).”
