Magnesium is a mineral present in almost all our cells as well as in many foods (chocolate, dried fruits, seafood, etc.). The SU.VI.MAX study (SUplementation en VItamines et Minéraux Anti-oXydants) showed that 7 out of 10 French people lack magnesium, despite a balanced diet. Supplementation may therefore be necessary to cover needs.
Formag is composed of:
- magnesium, particularly in the specific form Hypro-ri® mag extracted from the Dead Sea (known for its high concentration of mineral salts) which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to reducing fatigue,
- vitamin B6 which helps reduce fatigue,
- taurine.

Anti-caking agents: calcium phosphates, magnesium stearate and mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Hypro-ri® Mag (marine magnesium oxide and rice protein hydrolysate), marine magnesium oxide, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, taurine, coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and stearic acid, vitamin B6.
