Dosage
Always use this medication exactly as directed in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
The drug is for oral use in the form of a suspension.
Infants and children (acute diarrhea):
children under 1 year: 3 g (1 sachet) per day,
children over 1 year: 6 g (2 sachets) per day,

Method of preparation: dissolve the contents of the sachet in 50 ml of water and take in small portions throughout the day. Smecta can also be mixed with semi-liquid food products (broths, purees, boiled fruits, ready-made children’s dishes).
