- Teva ‘s Magnerich provides magnesium, which is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, fats and nucleic acids, as well as in energy processes and conduction of nerve excitation. It also participates in cardiac muscle contraction and suppresses neuromuscular transmission.
- Indications:
- Conditions associated with an established magnesium deficiency that manifest with any of the following symptoms: muscle cramps (muscle cramps), paresthesias (numbness and tingling);
- For stable angina (chest pain) and rhythm disorders – for concomitant treatment;
- Magnesium deficiency in pregnant women (especially in threatened abortions and premature births);
- Prevention of hypomagnesemia in patients who are treated with diuretics (loop and thiazide diuretics), as well as preeclampsia and eclampsia in pregnant women (complications of pregnancy).
