“Composition: 5 ml of syrup contains 4 mg of the active substance bromoheksyny hydrochloride and excipients: sorbitol liquid, non-crystallizing 70% glycerol, propyl parahydrokybenzoesan (E 216), levomenthol, mint flavor eukaliptusowo-, 96% ethanol, concentrated hydrochloric acid, patent blue ( E 131), curcumin (E 100), purified water.
Action:
expectorant, thins respiratory secretions. Drugs relieve expectoration and clear bronchitis. Dosage: orally, as a rule, application dose: – children aged 7 to 12 years: 5 ml of syrup (one measuring spoon) three times a day; – Adults and children over 12 years of age: 10 ml of syrup (2 scoops) 3 times a day. The drug should not be taken immediately before bed.
Contraindications: hypersensitivity (allergy) to bromhexine or any other medicinal substances; intolerance to certain sugars. Do not use in children under 7 years of age (the drug contains alcohol). Not recommended for use in the first trimester of pregnancy and lactation. Pregnant and lactating women should consult a doctor before use. Used with caution in patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers, in cases of severe liver or kidney disease. Caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery due to the possibility of pain and drowsiness or dizziness. The drug does not contain sugar. It contains sorbitol.
