Active ingredient:
1 film-coated tablet contains: 120 mg quantitative purified dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves (35-67:1), extractant: acetone 60% (m/m). According to quantitative determination, the extract contains 26.4-32.4 mg of flavonoids calculated as flavonol glycosides, 3.36-4.08 mg of ginkgolides A, B and C, 3.12-3.84 mg of bilobalide and contains less than 0.6 μg of ginkgolic acid per film-coated tablet. .
Other ingredients: sodium croscarmellose; Highly dispersed silicon dioxide; hypromellose; lactose monohydrate; macrogol 1500; Magnesium stearate (Ph. Eur.); corn starch; Microcrystalline cellulose; simethicone-alpha-hydro-omega-octadecyloxypoly(oxyethylene)-5-sorbic acid (Ph. Eur.)-water; Talc; titanium dioxide; Iron(III) hydroxide oxide x H2O.
The effect of the special ginkgo extract EGb 761® on blood circulation and especially microcirculation makes Tebonin® applicable in a wide range of diseases. In addition to reducing tinnitus*, the improvement of memory and concentration is particularly noteworthy.
Application
For the symptomatic treatment of organic brain dysfunction:
Adults aged 18 years and over should take 1 film-coated tablet twice daily (equivalent to 120 mg ginkgo extract twice daily).
The duration of treatment should be at least 8 weeks. After a treatment period of 3 months, the doctor should check whether continued treatment is justified.
To increase the duration of pain-free walking in peripheral arterial disease:
Adults aged 18 years and over should take 1 film-coated tablet 1-2 times daily (equivalent to 120 mg ginkgo extract 1-2 times daily).
Improvement in walking distance requires a treatment period of at least 6 weeks.
For dizziness and to treat tinnitus:
Adults aged 18 years and over should take 1 film-coated tablet 1-2 times daily (equivalent to 120 mg ginkgo extract 1-2 times daily).
For dizziness: use for more than 6-8 weeks does not improve the treatment result.
For tinnitus: maintenance treatment should be given for at least 12 weeks. If no improvement is seen after 6 months, this can no longer be expected even with longer treatment.
It is taken twice daily in the morning and evening and once daily in the morning.
Do not take film-coated tablets while lying down. Take film-coated tablets whole with a sufficient amount of liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water). It can be taken regardless of food.”
