Dosage
Always use this medication exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 2–4 capsules 3 times a day.
Drink at least 1/2 cup of liquid.
As a sleeping pill, take a single dose (2-4 capsules) half an hour to an hour before bedtime.
The maximum daily dose is 12 capsules.
Do not chew the capsules you take.
