“Composition
The active substance is permethrin.
1 ml of shampoo contains 10 mg of permethrin.
The other ingredients are: sodium lauryl sulfate ethoxylate, cocamidopropyl betaine, coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, isopropyl alcohol, propylene glycol, diazolidine urea, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216), citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate, ethylene glycol distearate , coconut oil fatty acid monoethanolamide, lauryl alcohol ethoxylate 10, hydrogenated castor oil, lauryl alcohol ethoxylate 2, fragrance composition, purified water.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults and children over 3 years of age: before using the medicine, shake the tube several times. Apply an appropriate amount of shampoo to the damp hair of the scalp in relation to the length and density of the hair, so as to thoroughly saturate the hair and scalp. Then spread the shampoo evenly, paying particular attention to the area behind the ears and the back of the head. It is assumed that a volume of 50 ml is sufficient to wash medium-length hair (hair up to the shoulders). Hair should be massaged until abundant foam is obtained. To increase the effectiveness of the treatment, you can put a disposable cap on your shampooed hair.
Indications
Sora forte is used therapeutically in case of hawthorn lice to remove parasites, as well as prophylactically in people who have direct contact with other people.
When not to use Sora forte:
If you are allergic to permethrin, other pyrethroids, pyrethrins or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Common side effects (may affect up to 1 in 10 people): itching, erythema, rash.
Frequency unknown (frequency cannot be estimated based on available data): transient and minor skin reactions, most often in the form of burning, itching, disturbances in skin sensation (paresthesia), such as tingling, stinging, burning of the skin, excitement, muscle tremors, skin hyperesthesia.

Store at temperatures below 25 oC.
If you know that you are allergic to chrysanthemums or other plants from the Asteraceae family, you can use Sora forte only after discussing it with your doctor.
If you have symptoms of hypersensitivity (allergy) or a tendency to allergies, you should not use this medicine.
Sora forte is intended for external use only.
The medicine should only be applied to the scalp.
Do not use on eyebrows, eyelashes or pubic lice.
The drug may cause irritation of the eyes and mucous membranes. Avoid contact of the drug and the foam produced with the eyes. If the medicine or foam comes into contact with your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water. If symptoms of skin irritation occur, discontinue use of the medicine
wash irritated areas with plenty of water.
It is recommended that people who frequently use Sora forte (e.g. medical staff) use protective gloves.
Taking other medicines
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines.
There have been no studies on the interaction of Sora forte with other drugs. Do not use simultaneously with other medications used to treat lice.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
For pregnant or breastfeeding women, consult your doctor before using the medicine.
For precautionary reasons, Sora forte should not be used by pregnant women unless its use is recommended by a doctor.
Use of the drug in children and adolescents
The medicine should not be used in children under 3 years of age.
Driving vehicles and machines
Sora forte has no influence on the ability to drive or use machines.
