“Biomin N is a preparation with a high content of biologically available calcium, which is obtained from eggshells.
It also contains magnesium, phosphorus and trace elements.
The drug is intended for the treatment and prevention of calcium deficiency, for the treatment of bone loss (osteoporosis), soft bones (osteomalacia), Sudeck syndrome, certain disorders of calcium metabolism, injury and recovery.
In children, the product is used primarily when there is insufficient calcium in the diet, that is, to ensure the growth of bones and teeth.
Due to the increased need for calcium during pregnancy and lactation, the product can also be used by pregnant and lactating women.
Warnings and Precautions
Before taking Biomin N, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Caution should be exercised in case of diarrhea, heart disease, kidney disease, sarcoidosis (a disease characterized by the formation of localized nodules in tissue) and malabsorption disorders.
If you have digestive problems when consuming this product, you need to adjust your diet and give lemon or orange juice. Your doctor may also adjust the dosage of the product.
During long-term treatment, your doctor will regularly check your urine and blood calcium levels, as well as your blood pressure.
The simultaneous use of Biomin N and other drugs or dietary supplements containing calcium or vitamin D is possible only under the supervision and recommendation of a doctor, since this requires medical monitoring and monitoring of calcium levels in the blood and urine.
If fluoride preparations and Biomin N are used simultaneously, a time interval of at least 2 hours must be maintained between taking these drugs.
Children and teenagers

Application and dosage.
The powder is stirred in 100 ml of liquid (for example, fruit juice, drinking water, milk, cocoa, mineral water) and drunk immediately.
Adults: 1 sachet once daily (equivalent to 1110 mg calcium).
Children aged 2–3 years: 250 mg calcium (about ¼ sachet) once daily.
Children ages 3–6 years: 500 mg calcium (about ½ sachet) once daily.
Children ages 7–10 years: 500–1000 mg calcium (about ½–1 sachet) once daily.
Use in children (under 10 years of age) should always be recommended by a physician, who will decide on the dose level and route of administration.

Mode of application.
The drug is taken on an empty stomach or at least 2 hours after a meal.
