“Composition
Mucosolvan Mini 15mg/5 ml children’s cough syrup 100 ml: The active substance of the drug is ambroxol hydrochloride. 5 ml of syrup contains 15 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride. Additionally, the drug contains: hydroxyethylcellulose, non-crystallizing liquid sorbitol, glycerol 85%, benzoic acid, acesulfame potassium, forest fruit flavor PHL-132195, vanilla flavor 201629, purified water.
Mucosolvan cough syrup 30mg/5ml 200 ml: 5 ml: Ambroxol hydrochloride 30 mg, excipients: sorbitol 70%, glycerol 85%, benzoic acid, acesulfame K, strawberry flavor, vanilla flavor and others.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Mucosolvan Mini 15mg/5 ml children’s cough syrup 100 ml: Orally, with or without meals.
Children from 1 to 2 years of age: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 2 times a day.
Children from 2 to 6 years of age: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times a day.
Children from 6 to 12 years of age 2 teaspoons (10 ml) 2-3 times a day.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 4 teaspoons (20 ml) of syrup 2 times a day.
The above dosage is recommended in the initial period of treatment. The dosage may be halved after 14 days of treatment.
Mucosolvan cough syrup 30mg/5ml 200 ml:
Age and daily dose:
Children 1-2 years 2 x 2.5 ml;
Children 2-6 years 3 x 2.5 ml;
Children 6-12 years 2-3 x 5 ml;
Adults and children over 12 years 2 x 10 ml;
5 ml = 1 teaspoon. The dosage can be reduced by half after 14 days of treatment. The syrup should be taken with meals.

Mucosolvan cough syrup 30mg/5ml 200 ml: Acute and chronic diseases of the lungs and bronchi with impaired mucus secretion and difficulty in its transport. Mucosolvan is a medicine that relieves cough that is accompanied by difficulty in expectorating residual secretions.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to ambroxol hydrochloride or any of the excipients.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
