“PARAMAX Rapid 500 mg is one of the drugs called analgesics and antipyretics.
The active ingredient of PARAMAX Rapid 500 mg is paracetamol. PARAMAX Rapid 500 mg relieves pain and reduces temperature.
PARAMAX Rapid 500 mg does not irritate the stomach and does not cause bleeding, so it can also be used in patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers.
PARAMAX Rapid 500 mg is used for rapid relief of headaches, including migraines, back and dental pain, painful menstruation and to reduce fever.
PARAMAX Rapid 500 mg also relieves muscle and joint pain, as well as sore throat associated with flu and colds. After consulting a doctor, PARAMAX Rapid 500 mg is also used to relieve pain due to osteoarthritis and neuralgia.
Due to the content of the active ingredient, the product is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
You should not drink alcohol while taking the drug.
Application and dosage:
Teenagers 15 years and older and adults
1-2 tablets (i.e. 500-1000 mg) 1-4 times a day.
A single dose of 1000 mg can be taken by people weighing more than 60 kg. For people weighing up to 60 kg, the appropriate dose is 1 tablet, i.e. 500 mg of paracetamol.
The time interval between doses is at least 4 hours in adults and 4–6 hours in adolescents.
The maximum daily dose of paracetamol for adolescents aged 15 years and older and adults is 4 g, i.e. 8 tablets PARAMAX Rapid 500 mg.
Teenagers aged 12–15 years
take 1 tablet (500 mg) up to 3 times a day with an interval of at least 4-6 hours. The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets (3 g).
Dosage in children
. In children, the dose is determined by body weight:
a single dose of paracetamol is 10-15 mg/kg body weight.
Children weighing 17–32 kg: take 1/2 tablet (i.e. 250 mg) every 4–6 hours.
Children weighing 33–40 kg: take 1 tablet (i.e. 500 mg) every 4–6 hours.
The maximum daily dose of paracetamol for children is 60 mg/kg/day, divided into 4–6 daily doses, i.e. approximately 15 mg/kg after 6 hours or 10 mg/kg after 4 hours.
The product is not intended for children under 6 years of age.
For children, the tablet can be crushed and dissolved.

Note.
If symptoms (fever, pain) do not improve within 3 days or worsen, if new symptoms or unusual reactions occur, consult your doctor about further treatment. Do not take this medicine for more than 7 days, or for children more than 3 days, without consulting your doctor.”
