Composition
Grintuss Pediatric includes plant molecular complexes such as resins, polysaccharides and flavonoids. These substances, combined with honey, give the product mucoadhesive, protective and coating properties and give it a pleasant taste.

– Molecular complex of resins, polysaccharides, flavonoids from grindella*, plantain* and Italian helichrysum* (Poliresin®);
Tired for polysaccharide content (molecular weight > 20,000 Dalton) ≥ 20%
It also contains: cane sugar*; water; essential oils from: lemon, sweet orange, myrtle; natural lemon flavor; gum arabic; xanthan gum.

Indications
Grintuss Pediatric syrup is indicated for the treatment of cough, both dry and wet, in children over 1 year of age.
Action
Grintuss protects the mucous membrane, soothes irritation, moisturizes and promotes the removal of mucus through the following mechanisms of action:
– Barrier effect: creates a protective layer that adheres to the mucous membrane and protects it from contact with irritating agents
– Mucus-regulating effect: promotes the moisturization of mucus and contributes to its removal
– Moisturizing effect: reduces friction at the level of the larynx that causes coughing
Grintuss modulates cough without suppressing it, thus respecting the important protective role of cough for the respiratory tract.
Dosage
It is recommended to take 5 ml (one teaspoon) for children over 1 to 6 years of age and 10 ml (two teaspoons) for children over 6 years of age, two to four times a day, giving the last dose before going to bed.
Shake before use. Includes a dosing spoon. After use, close the bottle tightly and wash the dosing spoon thoroughly.
Once opened, the product should be used within three months.
