The active ingredient of the drug is levocetirizine dihydrochloride (Levocetirizini dihydrochloride).
1 film-coated tablet contains 5 mg of levocetirizine dihydrochloride (levocetirizine dihydrochloride).
Other ingredients: lactose monohydrate; microcrystalline cellulose; colloidal anhydrous silica; Magnesium stearate. Opadry II White 85F18422 coating: polyvinyl alcohol; macrogol 3350; titanium dioxide (E 171); talc.
Dosage
The tablets should be swallowed whole with a small amount of liquid (for example, water). The tablets can be taken with or without food.
Adults and children over 6 years of age: The recommended dose is 1 tablet once a day.
If you do not feel better or feel worse after 3 days, consult your doctor.
Do not use the medicine for more than 10 days without consulting a doctor.

Indications
Allefin Allergy is used for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis (including chronic allergic rhinitis) and urticaria in adults, adolescents and children over 6 years of age.
Contraindications
You should not use Allefin Allergy if you are: allergic to the active substance, cetirizine, hydroxyzine, any other piperazine derivatives or any of the excipients; has severe kidney disease (severe renal failure with creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min).”
