“The preparation is administered in case of mild and/or moderate pain of various origins:
– headaches, including migraines;
– sore throat;
– pain in muscles, joints and bones, including pain resulting from injuries to musculoskeletal organs (i.e. sprains);
– toothache, including teething or pain after dental procedures;
– postoperative pain;
– ear pain (inflammation of the middle ear);
– painful periods and/or ovulation;
– post-vaccination reaction;
– fever;
– neuralgia.
Composition
5 ml of suspension contains: Ibuprofen (Ibuprofenum) 200 mg
Dosage
The drug is administered orally.
The daily dose of Ibum depends strictly on body weight and is: 20-30 mg/kg body weight, in divided doses,
The medicine should be administered at intervals of at least six hours.
In infants under 6 months of age, the drug may be administered only after consulting a doctor.
Do not use a higher dose than recommended.
Do not use for longer than 3 days without consulting a doctor.
Shake the bottle before use.
The package includes a measuring cup or measuring spoon or a stopper and an oral syringe.
Action
Ibum oral suspension contains ibuprofen – a substance from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Indications
Febrile states of various origins, including flu, colds or other infectious diseases, as well as post-vaccination reactions.
Pain of various origins with weak to moderate intensity, such as: headaches, throat and muscle pain (e.g. in the course of viral infections), toothache, pain after dental procedures, pain due to teething, pain in joints and bones as a result of injuries to the musculoskeletal system (e.g. sprains), pain due to soft tissue injuries, postoperative pain, ear pain occurring due to inflammation of the middle ear.
