Recommended daily intake
Children from 3 years of age and adults: 1 capsule a day.
As a support during periods of increased risk of infection:
Children from 3 years of age: use 2 capsules a day for about a week.
Adults: use 2-3 capsules a day for about a week.
After a week’s break, resume taking the preparation in smaller portions.
Children from 3 years of age (preschool age): pour out and dissolve the contents of the capsule in approx. 50 ml of warm liquid (stir for 3-5 minutes until completely dissolved). School-age children and adults: the capsule should be swallowed with liquid; for quick absorption, dissolve the contents of the capsule in approximately 50 ml of warm liquid or under the tongue. The second method allows absorption through the mucosa of the oral cavity and upper respiratory tract.
