Long-acting antihistamine drug Loratadine Pylox 10mg used in the case of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, chronic idiopathic urticaria.
When used as recommended, the drug does not impair psychomotor performance, does not have a sedative effect, and does not cause drowsiness.
Action
- It removes allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching, runny nose, swelling of the mucous membranes, itching and burning eyes.
- It soothes the symptoms of chronic urticaria.
Dosage
The drug should be taken once daily on an empty stomach.
Usually the following dosage is recommended: Children aged 2 to 12 years:
body weight below 30 kg – 5 mg (1/2 tablet) once a day
body weight over 30 kg – 10 mg (1 tablet) once a day.
Do not use the drug for more than 10 days without consulting a doctor.
Composition
1 tablet contains 10 mg of loratadine. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, magnesium stearate.
