Each Strepsils Junior throat lozenge contains two active ingredients – 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol and amylmetacresol. The active substances contained in the lozenges are antiseptics. Indications for use of Strepsils Junior
For the symptomatic treatment of inflammation of the mouth and throat.
Active ingredient: dichlorobenzyl alcohol, amylmetacresol.
Composition of Strepsils Junior lozenges
The active ingredients of the drug are: 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol and amylmetacresol. One solid lozenge contains 1.2 mg of 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol and 0.6 mg of amylmetacresol.
Other ingredients: strawberry essence, anthocyanin (E 163), sodium saccharin (E 954), tartaric acid, liquid maltitol (E 965), isomalt.
Dosage and use of Strepsils Junior tablets
Adults and children over 6 years of age: Slowly dissolve one lozenge every 2-3 hours.
Do not take more than 8 lozenges per day. If symptoms do not subside or worsen after 3 days, contact your doctor.
For use on the oral mucosa.
