100 g of ointment: Menthol 2.75g, camphor 5g, eucalyptus oil 1.5g, turpentine oil 5g, thymol, cedarwood oil.
Dosage
Adults, children over 12 years of age: apply 1 teaspoon of ointment to the chest and back 2 to 4 times a day.
Children from 5 to 12 years: apply 1/2 teaspoon to the back and chest 2 to 3 times a day.
After thoroughly rubbing the ointment into the skin, a light massage is recommended. Then wrap the rubbed area with something warm.
Action
The ointment contains active ingredients: camphor, eucalyptus oil, levomenthol, turpentine oil, which relieve symptoms of the upper respiratory tract in case of a runny nose. Menthol and camphor relieve swelling of the mucous membranes of the nasal turbinates and relieve cough through a mild anesthetic effect. Eucalyptus oil and turpentine oil stimulate the secretion of mucus in the upper respiratory tract, stimulating expectoration.
Indications
For rubbing: breasts – as a cough soothing agent, back and chest – as a means to improve the feeling of comfortable breathing in case of a runny nose.
