Recommended dosage and use
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, adults take 1-2 tablets daily. For children over 5 years of age and adolescents, take 1 tablet once a day. Allow the effervescent tablet to dissolve in a glass of water (about 200 ml) and once completely dissolved, drink the solution. The product is best taken with or immediately after meals.
