“Composition
The active substance of Otrivin for children is xylometazoline hydrochloride. One ml of solution contains 0.5 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride.
Dosage
Children aged 2 to 5 years (under adult supervision):
– 1 dose of Otrivin spray for children in each nostril 1 to 2 times a day (every 8-10 hours). Do not use more than 3 times a day.
Children aged 6 to 11 years (under adult supervision):
– 1 or 2 doses of Otrivin spray for children in each nostril 2 to 3 times a day. Do not use more than 3 times a day.

Indications
Excessive nasal congestion occurring in the course of colds, hay fever, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis. By reducing congestion of the nasopharyngeal mucosa, it can be used as an aid in otitis media. Otrivin® for children facilitates nasal examination (examination of the nasal cavity).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to spray ingredients, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, hyperthyroidism. Do not use in children under 2 years of age”
