Use
Dry the breast with a towel. With clean hands, squeeze a pea-sized amount of Lansinoh Lanolin and warm it between your fingers. Gently apply it to the entire surface of the nipple. If necessary, apply another small layer of lanolin to the disposable chest pad. Apply after each feeding or more often if needed.

Store the tube at room temperature – the higher the temperature, the easier the lanolin is to apply.
