Indications
Oxalin 0.05% is intended for use in children over 6 years of age and adults. Oxalin 0.05% is used topically in the nose for swelling of the mucous membranes that occurs with: acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, inflammation of the paranasal sinuses.
Active ingredient: oxymetazoline hydrochloride.
Compound
1 g of gel contains:
0.5 mg oxymetazoline hydrochloride
Excipients: sodium chloride, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate, disodium edetate, hydroxyethylcellulose, glycerin, benzalkonium chloride solution, purified water.
How to use
Remove the protective cap each time before using the drug. Before using a new bottle for the first time, remove the cap and press the dispenser 3-5 times until the medicine appears. Insert the tip of the dispenser into the nostril.
Dosage
The recommended dosage and duration of use should be observed.
The drug should not be used for a long time and in doses exceeding the recommended ones, as this can lead to a weakening of the effect of the drug and even irreversible damage to the nasal mucosa and dry rhinitis.
Children and youth
Oxalin 0.05% is intended for children over 6 years of age. Do not use the medicine on infants and children under 6 years of age. Other drugs and Oxalin 0.05%. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or plan to take any other medicines.
